WpCast is compatible with Seriously Simple Podcasting. It is very useful for the users of the Castos platform, but you can use it also with self-hosted files. The plugin is free and easy to use.
For this theme, you need to follow a couple of important setting suggestions.
- For your podcasts, be sure to use the post type Posts
- For the series taxonomy, be sure to use the taxonomy QT Series
- Once you create a new episodes, be sure to copy the MP3 url in the settings of the plugin, below the main post content.

How to install:
Go to Plugins > Add new and search for Seriously Simple Podcasting. Then click Install and Activate.
Be sure to visit the settings, and select Post as poscasting post type.
If using our theme featured player (QT musicPlayer) be sure to deactivate the provided player.
