Vice 2.0 has 2 menu locations: the off canvas menu, available boh for mobile and desktop, and the horizontal menu, available only in desktop.

To enable the Horizontal Menu, please go to Theme Customizations > Header and set the menu type to Alternative. Once done, a new menu location will be available in Appearance > Menu.

The off-canvas menu is available by default in mobile. To display this menu icon also in desktop please select the Burget menu Visibility as “desktop and mobile”.
