VERY IMPORTANT:<\/h3>\n

Translation files will be deleted when you update the theme, you have to keep the translation file in your computer to reupload it when updating the theme.<\/strong><\/p>\n

HOW TO TRANSLATE<\/h3>\n

Language translation is possible using the standard WordPress translation function.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This theme is very easy to translate as the .mo .po (pot) files are provided within the language sub folder of the theme.<\/p>\n

In the main theme folder in wp-content\/themes\/wpcast you\u2019ll find a \u201clanguages<\/strong>\u201d folder.<\/p>\n

It contains a model to translate the theme using Poedit or other .mo .po translation softwares.<\/p>\n

  1. Start up Poedit.<\/li>\n
  2. In Poedit goto File -> New from POT\/PO file\u2026<\/li>\n
  3. Select and Open the pot file from the languages folder.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter your name, email address, your language and country (i.e. French fr_FR, German de_DE) to the setting form. For the correct language identifier chech the column WP Locale at this page<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Click the Update button in the main Poedit UI.<\/li>\n
  6. Save the file:\n

    1. For a plugin<\/strong> like filename-xx_XX.po with xx_XX for your language and country.<\/li>\n
    2. For a theme <\/strong>xx_XX.po<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. In WordPress Admin, \u00a0settings -> general set the language of your country.<\/li>\n
    4. That\u2019s it<\/strong>, go to your WordPress blog and see your translation in action. Enjoy your blogging!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please notice that some strings may be in the plugins and not in the theme!<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Plugins translation<\/h3>\n

      Some plugins may have language translation capability. In this case you will find a languages folder in the plugins.<\/p>\n

      \u2013 Save it\u00a0as plugins-name-<\/strong>XX_xx.po with xx_XX for your language and country.<\/p>\n
