Once you activate the theme, you’ll see the a notification asking to install the required plugins. <\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be directed to an activation page. The theme purchase code is required to use the automated plugins installation.<\/p>\n

You can get your purchase code from https:\/\/themeforest.net\/downloads<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log into your Envato Market account.<\/li>\n
  2. Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Click \u2018Downloads\u2019 from the drop-down menu.`<\/li>\n
  4. Click \u2018License certificate & purchase code\u2019 (available as PDF or text file).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your purchase code looks like this<\/p>\n

    XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If you don’t find your purchase code please follow this guide:

    Activation<\/h3>\n

    Click on Appearance > WpCast Activation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You will then be asked to enter the purchase code:<\/p>\n

    Once saved, a confirmation message will appear:<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    If you see any error message, the server may be busy, please try in a couple of minutes. This is a very uncommon possibility but we just want you to be ready for any circumstance \ud83d\ude09 If the problem persists please get in touch directly via helpdesk.<\/a><\/p>\n

    Installation<\/h3>\n

    Click “Go to WpCast Child Plugins”<\/strong> to start the installation.<\/p>\n

    Select all of the plugins<\/p>\n

    Choose Install and click Apply<\/p>\n

    Once done you will see a confirmation message for every plugin<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Please note that if you wait too much or you see any error it can be because one of the following cases happens:<\/p>\n

    1. The server is too busy, so just repeat the process in about 2 minutes<\/li>\n
    2. Your server does not comply with the requirements<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Your hosting is tooslow and you should switch to a faster hosting package or provider<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you have any issue with plugins installation please contat the Helpdesk<\/a><\/p>\n

      If you see this error there are 2 possible reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. All of the plugins are already up to date, there are no new versions to install<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. The theme was activated on another domain<\/strong>, so you can’t access the plugins installation.
