How to update the plugins:<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to Appearance > Vice Actvation<\/li>\n
  2. Click “Go to Plugins”

  4. Select “Update” from the dropdown and run the procedure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Errors and troubleshooting<\/h2>\n

    I see a message \u201cCongratulations..\u201d but the code is not saved and I can\u2019t install the plugins<\/h3>\n

    This error happens when you used already the purchase code on another domain. Please note that the license covers the installation on one domain. If it was a test installation, and you want to move to the production website, please\u00a0contact us via helpdesk\u00a0<\/a>providing old and new URL, so we can reset your code.<\/p>\n

    Activation errors<\/h3>\n

    If you can\u2019t complete the activation, it means the CURL module is not active on your server, or you are being blocked by your server firewall.<\/p>\n

    Step 1:\u00a0Check your server<\/a>
    \nStep 2: Make sure your hosting respects the\u00a0    requirements<\/a>\u00a0(including PHP version and all of the required modules)
    \nStep 3: Eventually\u00a0contact your hosting provider<\/strong>\u00a0if you need help with the settings<\/p>\n

    Once you are sure your server is compliant, but you still have some problem, please\u00a0contact us via helpdesk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    If you are sure you are missing some plugin, or can\u2019t update the list, it means your license is already linked to another domain. Please contact our support for more information and to ask a license reset, making sure to include your current website URL.<\/p>\n

    Can\u2019t update WPBakery<\/h3>\n
    Please note that\u00a0premium<\/strong>\u00a0plugins as\u00a0WP Bakery Page Builder<\/strong>\u00a0are provided in\u00a0bundle:\u00a0you don\u2019t need to enter a separated purchase code,\u00a0<\/strong>as they are licensed with the theme, and\u00a0we will provide the updates<\/strong>\u00a0after testing them with the theme.<\/div>\n
