{"id":6568,"date":"2021-01-04T18:21:43","date_gmt":"2021-01-04T18:21:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manuals.qantumthemes.xyz\/onair2\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=6568"},"modified":"2021-01-04T18:24:02","modified_gmt":"2021-01-04T18:24:02","slug":"11-8-server-type-live365","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/manuals.qantumthemes.xyz\/onair2\/knowledge-base\/11-8-server-type-live365\/","title":{"rendered":"11.08 Server type &#8211; Live365"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"important\" >Important:<\/h2>\n<p>Live365 has a very unique licensing system featuring a geolocation block, preventing certain countries to connect.<\/p>\n<p>The theme<strong>\u00a0is technically compatible with this provider,<\/strong>\u00a0but the connection success depend<strong>s on the specific licensing limitation of your Live 365 channel settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the Pro.Radio WordPress Theme you can use the Live365 Licensed Player\u00a0<strong>in a popup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/live365.com\/blog\/live365s-licensed-player\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/live365.com\/blog\/live365s-licensed-player\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>TO do so, please check the Popup explanation in the Customizations part of this documentation.<\/p>\n<p>You will be able to set up the &#8220;licensed player&#8221; in a popup of your favorite size.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"setting-up-live365-in-the-themes-player\" >Setting up Live365 in the theme&#8217;s player<\/h2>\n<p>To use the player from the theme and Live365, you need to follow these steps, but please remember that it may not work due to your Licensing limitation.<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: Create or edit a radio channel in your WordPress admin in Radio Channels &gt; Add new<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: choose the server type &#8220;Live365&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: copy and paste your Lice365 ID in the custom field<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: enable the Proxy in Appearance &gt; Customize, Radio settings<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pro.radio\/shop\/manual\/live365-setup.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-563\" src=\"https:\/\/pro.radio\/shop\/manual\/live365-setup.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"311\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"about-proxy\" >About Proxy:<\/h3>\n<p>Live465 has blocking\u00a0<em><strong>&#8220;Cross Origin Resource Sharing&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0policies.
