How to update the plugins:<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to Appearance > OnAir Activation<\/li>\n
  2. Click “Go to Plugins”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select all<\/li>\n
  4. Select “Update” from the dropdown and run the procedure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Errors troubleshooting<\/h3>\n

    In case of any error, you will generally get as well the instructions for the resolution. If nothing works, please get in touch with the support (check please support<\/a>)<\/p>\n

    “Forbidden” error:<\/h3>\n

    If you see an error message forbidding to access this page, it could be caused by 2 situations:<\/p>\n

    1. All of the plugins are installed and up to date (disable the theme core plugin to test this)<\/li>\n
    2. The purchase code is linked to another domain (please contact the support to reset the code)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      WPBakery Page Builder & Slider Revolution update<\/h3>\n

      The old version of this theme was provided with Slider Revolution and WpBakery.<\/p>\n

      Instead of WpBakery the theme is now working with Elementor. If you\u2019re using WpBakery, you won\u2019t need to change editor, you can keep on using WPBakery.<\/p>\n

      We are not providing this plugin in bundle anymore, because we opted for a more modern editor and every demo was migrated to Elementor.<\/p>\n

      About Slider Revolution: this plugin recently changed policies and stopped Ajax support, so it doesn\u2019t work with our themes and it doesn\u2019t allow downloading tempaltes.
